Curious Creature Club, uses Auspost to receive and deliver our products to you.
Using the Auspost tracker and added insurance for each of our parcels.
Delivery times may vary between 2-4 business days with New Zealand being 5.
For any international shipping please contact us directly. For express post nationally. You may choose the option from our site. Each of our orders is set aside carefully in a well managed system, being packaged with the journey in mind.
Use our Auspost tracking number in your order email to see if you need to sign for your delivery.
If you have any issues with your delivery or if your order is damaged upon arrival please contact us as soon as you can.
Any and all damage taken by the order during delivery is the sole responsibility of the couriers. We at Curious Creature Club, do not guarantee the safety of any order packages once they are out for delivery. For any further information regarding sizes colours shapes and or product quality please feel free to contact us any time!

Refunds And Exchanges:
Your support and satisfaction as both a fan and a customer of our store is our prize possession,
If and of our products that you’ve bought are found to be faulty or broken (including major damages created by delivery services). Please contact us as soon as you can.
Here at Curious Creature Club, we are only able to guarantee the refund or exchange of any order if you have:

1: Proof of purchase,
2: Order number and SKU,
3: Proof of damage or fault in or on the product.
4: Access to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
5: Access to deliver back the item and packaging to us.

Please contact us, with these and the items packaging. We will organize your exchange.
Provided the item is in stock. And we are contacted within 5 days of the delivery.

Exchanges may also occur if you get the wrong item or the wrong amount.
Please contact us within 5 days if any of these occur.

Change of Mind:

We at Curious Creatures Club understand that not all gift choices are easy or even always the right one. This is why we will do all we can to make sure each product's specifications are represented with transparency. Please understand that this service comes at the cost of a few peoples' labour. And takes time to create. Your choices with us matter and sometimes can not be replicated again. With this in mind, we do not offer the ability to refund changes of mind.
Any items that have not continued in stock rotation or are not on the site any more, are not able to be exchanged.
